   One of us goes through your answers and sets up a search in the local MLS against your exact criteria. If something in your list looks like it'll cause trouble — a budget that won't reach the areas you picked, say — we'll email you about it rather than quietly send you the wrong houses.

2. Tomorrow morning — your first matches

   New listings arrive in your inbox at the frequency you chose. Only properties that fit. If a week goes by with nothing, that means nothing fit, and we'll tell you why.

3. Whenever you're ready — we talk

   No call unless you ask for one. When you want to see something in person, or just want a straight answer about a neighborhood, reach out and we'll walk you through it.
